Sampling lead time is within 3-5 weeks upon receipt of advance deposit or confirmation for making samples. Samples are free, however freight cost for sending samples will be at buyer
Size variation +/-5% is acceptable due to handmade products.
Customized sizes or shapes are subject to additional charges for moulding (if needed) and to be reimbursed if of which orders are placed
